We observed the field of FRB 250316A (ID=439373176) detected by CHIME/FRB (Mason, ATel #17081) with the DDOTI/OAN wide-field imager at the Observatorio Astronomico Nacional on the Sierra of San Pedro Martir (http://ddoti.astroscu.unam.mx) on the night of 2025-03-17 UTC.

DDOTI observed the field centred in R.A. = 12:09:54.31, Dec. = 58:50:57.84 from 02:58 UTC to 06:52 UTC (from T+18.4 to T+24.01 hours after the event) with a total exposure of 1.53 hours down to a 5-sigma limiting AB magnitude of w = 21.0.

Comparing our observations to the USNO-B1 and PanSTARRS PS1 DR2 catalogues, we detect no evident uncatalogued sources within the observed field to our 5-sigma limit.

By performing image subtraction using PanSTARRS reference templates, we identify a bright source at RA, Dec (J2000)=02:09:58.11, +58:52:33.60, consistent with a High Proper Motion Star in the Gaia DR3 Catalog (Gaia Collaboration, 2023).
