We obtained spectroscopic observations of 2017ebo (= ASASSN-17gg) with the FLOYDS spectrograph on the 2-m Faulkes Telescope North on UT 2017 May 18. The spectrum indicates that SN 2017ebo is a Type-Ia supernova. Using SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find good match to several normal SNe Ia around 10 days after maximum light at the redshift of the proposed host galaxy (z = 0.032663; NED).
